Time keeps on tickin'

I know that getting a good sweat on won’t solve all of your problems but, it’ll definitely make you feel better. 💪

The way I see it, when you’re feeling stressed out, you have a choice, really.

You can sit there and think about how crappy you the clock keeps on ticking.

OR, as that EXACT SAME clock is ticking, you can get up and do something kind for your body — whatever that means for you...and MAYBE, you won’t just feel better, you will actually feel GOOD!

I can guarantee one thing, you won’t feel any WORSE...soreness aside. 🤷🏻‍♀️
